Serge Belloni, born in Plaisance (Italy) on February 25, 1925, died October 28, 2005, is a French painter of Italian origin. Serge Belloni, known as Le Peintre de Paris, is the son of the upholsterer Luigi Belloni and Elvira Belloni born Molinari.
He arrived in Paris in 1933 where he studied painting at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris and where he exhibited from 1946.
He is buried in the Père-Lachaise Cemetery (12th Division).
