Refund policy

A RETURN for this item may be initiated within 5 days of the delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY:

  1. A restocking fee of 8% of the item sales price applies.
  2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.  Returned shipping cost are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost.  
  3. Buyer must contact us for a RMA (return material authorization) number in order to initiate a return.

  4. Item(s) must be professionally packed and shipped with insurance equal to item value.  Item(s) must be returned in the condition received.  

Damages and issues
 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any international customs duties and/or taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized items are at the Singerie Ltd's discretion.  To the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) applies to you, you may have additional rights relating to returning items.  To the extent the CRD applies (if you are a consumer based in the EU), you will be entitled to elect to use either the CRD or the Singerie Ltd's policy in respect to the return process.
