Elemer Vagh Weinmann (1906-1990) was an Expressionist painter born in Budapest, Hungary. He is from a family of painters, being the youngest brother of Maurice Vagh Weinmann and Nándor Vagh Weinmann. He is also the father of Albert Vagh Weinmann. He arrived in 1937 with his brothers in France and is considered a naturalized French citizen and lived near Aix-en-Provence. He worked with his brothers and it is thought that some of the works were common works. Elemer exhibited at the Salon d'Hiver from 1946 to 1949. Of the three brothers, his touch is considered the most modern. He enjoyed painting dark streets lit up with a bit of white or red. He passed away in 1990.
